 if a good breakfast and lunch. and I put my tracksuit and have a duration of 30 minutes and not have dinner ..... if I do for a week, the number of books that I lose 
 I try to go to 98 pounds for a wrestling tournament

Here are some suggestions ...
ReplyDeleteDo not skip meals, just eat healthy. Stay away from bad foods as containing alcoholic beverages.
And do not take unless a sweatshirt running in cold weather. Welding will not help you lose weight. However, excessive sweating can cause dehydration. So, if the application WEAT, drink plenty of water.
And lose all the training of the muscles too much and not wanting their forces.
